Our king suite at the boarding house was so clean, comfy, and beautiful. Loved every detail of the suite! Literally nothing to complain about. Will definitely recommend and stay there again!
Love, love, love the Boarding House! The rooms are adorably decorated and super clean. The extras like the BH coffee and drip coffee pot, treat for the pup and white noise machine were very much appreciated. We can’t wait to return!
We had the most wonderful mini vacation at the Boarding House! Our room was clean, bright and airy. We had plenty of space to relax and unwind. It was a huge plus to be able to bring along our furry family member too. The air conditioning and white noise machine were top notch. Extras like the drip coffee maker, lovely scented bath essentials, grooming kits, modern shower, fridge and microwave, beach chairs, tags, and umbrellas, and bikes were unanticipated bonuses that really made our stay comfortable and fun. We also loved the included daily happy hour. Camille at the front desk was a Godsend; she went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation.
As always the boarding house was perfect! We travel frequently with our 2 fur babies and hands down The Boarding House is the absolute best! The room is always immaculate from the fluffy white towels, the pristine white sheets and best of all the hospitality!!! Keep doing what you are doing.....we will be back again in the fall!!
I happened upon The Boarding House and it was such a treat! The quiet location was far enough away from the crowded parts of town, but still close enough to visit by foot. The rooms were exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. I appreciated amenities such as free bike rental and happy hour with local wines and brews. The staff could not have been and kinder or more accommodating. I will definitely be back!
Our family of 3 plus our 2 year old pup stayed in the King Suite at Boarding House for 5 days in July 2025. This was a surprise vacation for our daughter’s 17th birthday and our first trip with the dog. We weren’t sure what to expect as far as cleanliness from a dog-friendly hotel, but our room was the cleanest hotel room we’ve ever stayed in. We had a private balcony since we were in the King Suite and that was even spotless. We were able to easily walk everywhere we wanted to go including the Acme that was a few short blocks away. The staff was very welcoming and very knowledgeable about the property and the area. We have found our new vacation spot for sure!
We had a wonderful two-night stay at Boarding House in the Queen Double Room, and it was the perfect mother-daughter weekend getaway! The space was beautifully designed, and comfortable. We brought our two dogs with us, and it was such a relief to find a place that was not only pet-friendly but genuinely welcoming to them. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully put together—from the soft bedding to the charming decor. The location was great, and we loved how easy it was to relax and unwind. We can’t recommend The Boarding House enough and are already talking about coming back for another girls’ weekend!
We stayed in the king suite with our red lab. The set up of the private balcony was amazing and appreciated by our dog. We are looking forward to return in warmer weather to enjoy it more!
